Hey, Thanks for stopping by!

A little about me; I love learning. Connecting and picking people's brains is my favorite hobby. I am extremely passionate about just about everything within the sports industry. I am a rising senior at Elon University where I am continuing to learn daily in the classroom and by  leveraging my connections to gain hands-on experience in the real world. While my experience aligns me to media production, I am always finding new avenues to develop myself in sports to become the most adaptable and polished version of myself.

Opportunities on Campus

Elon Sports Vision is an award winning team with some of my closest friends and I pumping out the best broadcasts possible. I couldn't be prouder to call myself a senior leader, especially with my passion for TV production. I love turning on a professional broadcast and asking myself what might the director, producer, etc. be thinking and use that to grow my own work. Every day I feel myself growing as a smarter storyteller, and that is evident by the growing trust my leaders on campus have in me. I have been chosen for various storytelling camera positions for big broadcasts, and I was selected as the director for all 5 home Elon football games in 2025 during my senior year.

Welcome to the Show

After becoming more seasoned inside the control room, I got to make my biggest jump yet. As part of my internship with NBCUniversal, I got to shadow every position within the Phillies major league broadcasts. But arguably even better than that, I had free access to the press box cafeteria. There, I got to pick the brains of MLB writers, away TV directors and producers, and the 37 year veteran who wears the Phanatic costume to name a few. As the summer progressed, I got to build elements on EVS for an open, I jumped on camera for a half inning, and I helped find statistics in real time that made air. No doubt, this internship was a 450 foot dead center grand slam!

Make sure to tune in weekly for my radio shows that will leave you speechless. 'Off the Bench' and the trademarked segment Dadgummit Scott® was the show where the hottest takes ran wild, but nowadays I focus my time on 'Under the Turf,' the show where special guests from the industry join us and discuss the ever evolving sports industry. Guests like Elon athletic director Jennifer Strawley and Savannah Bananas co-owner Emily Cole helped us provide the listener with the most profound content leaving you asking even more questions. And to further hone my professional speaking skills, preparation and ability to improvise, I have taken part in radio coverage of Elon's Women's Basketball and fill in for various other Elon sports teams on TV.

I have a trademark?!

Seizing Opportunities

From securing a shadowing opportunity at the local sports talk radio station (WIP) by approaching a show host at an Eagles game to securing an internship with @thephillysportsguy after meeting him at a game, I have the confidence to seize opportunities. While attending a Savannah Bananas game as a fan, I knew I couldn't leave without trying to network. After having the best night experiencing the joy that Bananaball can bring to the fan, I returned to the stadium that weekend to work my first game for the Savannah Bananas. And by the end of the summer, I traveled and worked 5 cities in Bananaland, bringing my passion for the Fans First way to over 100,000 fans.

Fireworks, Dings and Dogs

There's nothing more American than hot dogs and baseball. My holiday weekend in 2024 consisted of working on the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest TV truck as the Camera 1 operator in Coney Island, then getting in the car after strike and driving up to Buffalo to work for the Bananas the next day. But my time on the truck provided me with something I can never forget; my first box lens, and my first reimbursed lunch. And now after working on the 2025 truck, I can say it's the people who make the show. The crew is like a family, one that spends their 4th of July together every year and I look forward to hopefully creating a July 4th tradition for years to come.

@NHL Popping my Tags

During my junior year, I started working for SportsMEDIA Technology, a company that works closely with the NHL and other sports leagues to bring real time data tracking and visualizations to the fans. My role as an NHL Broadcast Operator meant that I worked closely with the director and producer of various NHL teams' broadcasts to add graphics to the broadcast, advancing the story. During one of the Kraken broadcasts I worked on, Seattle's defensemen Brandon Montour scored the fastest goal in overtime history. His 4 second record was so fast it meant my player tags got posted on the NHL's official X (formally Twitter) and Instagram pages.
